Fixing Transport Order for Outlook 2003 Windows 7

Using Outlook 2003 on Windows 7 in a Windows SBS Server 2003 environment will lead to the default email sending being set to Exchange.  If you want to set to a different SMTP, in Win 7 (64bit) stop the default email setting of the logon script by using regedit at Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\smallbusinessserver\clientsetup

In Win 7 on sbs 2003 Outlook 2003:
Right click on clientsetup folder in regedit and use pulldown menu to
Make new DWORD (32-Bit) Value named NoTransportOrder
    Value Name: NoTransportOrder
    Value Type: REG_DWORD
    Value: 1
    Base: Hexadecimal
